No Quibble Guarantee

We offer a 30 Day money-back guarantee on all standard products provided they are in their original packaging. All seals must be intact to claim under the guarantee. To claim under the guarantee click here to start the return process. Then return the unopened product to us with the product receipt/invoice enclosed.

Islamic Wall Art makes every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged, customers should first contact customer Services within 3 days of receipt and return the package within 7 days, for a replacement to be sent.

Refund Process

We cannot process a refund without both the container and the receipt/invoice. If the product and the receipt/invoice are not received and/or the product has been opened/used and/or seals have been broken within 30 days of the purchase date shown on the receipt/invoice no refund is payable. Inspecting your return

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

How are Refunds Issued?

Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place your order. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 21 days.
