Shipping returns back to us

Posting costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial cost of delivery will be deducted from your refund if it has not already been done so.

Time scales

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returns to reach us may vary. Once we have recived your return we will aim to process the return within 14 day (often sooner).

If you are returning an order of value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
